    Jonathan has integrated himself into the diverse legal spectrum at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig ("DBL"), a Virginia-based law firm known for its specialization in various areas, including corporate finance, employment law, government regulation, immigration, intellectual property, litigation, private wealth, and real estate. DBL prides itself on its team of proficient attorneys committed to delivering high-quality legal solutions to local, national, and international clients.

     

    As an associate attorney, Jonathan dives into case law research on various subjects, mainly around price realism and price reasonableness in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC). He also aids clients in fortifying their Intellectual Property (IP) rights. He proposes risk mitigation tactics to ensure regulatory compliance per the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).     Jonathan was brought up in the heart of the Washington metropolitan area. His schooling took place at the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland.

     

    Currently, Jonathan resides in McLean, nestled in Northern Virginia. Beyond his professional realm and philanthropic pursuits, he immerses himself in a range of hobbies, notably golf, skiing, and tennis, with golf and tennis being his earliest passions introduced to him by his father.
